Pursuant to the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, the Complaints pertaining to the products shall be forwarded to support@unscenenow.com for further review, investigation and response.
Complaints shall be acknowledged within [48] hours and ordinarily resolved within [30] days. The decision of Unscene on any grievance shall be final and binding, without prejudice to your statutory rights.

Unscene shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, war, terrorism, governmental restrictions, pandemics, industrial disputes, network or utility failures, or cyber incidents. In such events, performance timelines shall be deemed extended for the duration of the impediment.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
