At Unscene, we design with intention and protect that with policy. If any frame feels off,we want fixing it to feel fair, and above all, uncomplicated.

Return & Exchange Window

You may request a return or exchange within 23 days of receiving your order, provided all eligibility conditions below are met. This framework exists to respect both your trust in us, and the integrity of our eyewear.

Eligibility Guidelines

To qualify for a return or exchange, all these conditions must be met:

  • Frames must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • The tamper-evident Unscene sticker should remain intact
  • All original packaging items must be included: case, box, cleaning cloth, and inserts.
  • Product must pass inspection by our quality team upon return

Please Note: If the aforementioned sticker is removed, damaged, or tampered with, the product becomes ineligible for return or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Personalized or engraved sunglasses
  • Prescription or add-on lenses
  • Products returned without the Unscene sticker intact

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a request, please email support@unscenenow.com with:

  • Order ID
  • Reason for return or exchange
  • Clear photo or video showing
  • Sticker intact
  • Full packaging
  • Product condition

Our team will review and confirm your eligibility before proceeding.

Quality Check & Approval

Once your return reaches our warehouse, it undergoes a detailed inspection. Again, to be crystal clear, our team checks:

  • Sticker integrity
  • Signs of wear or use
  • Frame condition
  • Packaging completeness

If approved, the request moves forward to exchange or refund. If not approved, the product will be shipped back to you.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are approved after successful inspection
  • Approval is typically shared within 48 hours of the product reaching our warehouse
  • Banks may take 5 to 7 business days to process the refund after approval

If you do not receive your refund within 10 business days, please contact support@unscenenow.com.

Final Notes

  • All returns and exchanges are subject to inspection and approval
  • Policy timelines are strictly followed to ensure fairness
  • This process exists to protect genuine customers and the craftsmanship behind every Unscene product
